Japanese Officer's Sword, WWII - Japanese type #19 officers sword from the WWII period. The handle elaborately cast in bronze with gilt over. Decoration consisting of a four pedal Mon inlaid in silver to the back of the handle. Pierced openwork decoration of additional four pedal floral motifs or Mon.
