Excellent Silver & Brass Tibetan Purse, Circa 1800s - Central Asia, Tibet, excellent large Tibetan silver embossed and brass panel over leather pouch. Beautifully made with three large engraved and reverse hammered silver panels surrounding a center plaque in silver and brass. Center plaque with two brass applique zoomorphic creatures flaking either side. Top of the pouch with a heavy brass loop for mounting a band. Lid opens to reveal a compartment accessible from the top side. Size 5 3/4” W x 3 1/4” H
