Inscription reading (Presented to Sir. Frederick Rowland, Kt. The Right Honorable Lord Mayor of London on his planting a tree in Vivary Park, Teunion to commemorate his Admission as an Honary Freeman of the Borough, 1st May 1950.) The crest in pierced work and enamel with vibrant blue and gold hues of a crown cherub, and great helm with a peacock crest. Case marked Charles Hart & Sons LTD, Taunton.
