US Model 1819 Simeon North Flintlock Pistol - US Model 1819 Simeon North flintlock pistol, manufactured 1822. Marked to the lock plate ”S. NORTH, US, MIDL tn CONN., 1822” surrounding an American Eagle. Flintlock with a brass pan, pierced heart shape hammer, and remaining components apparently original to the pistol. Round Barrel proof marked to the left of the barrel ”3D, P, US”, forward sight in brass. Brown stock with a proof engraved to the left side above the trigger.
