Antique Japanese Wakizashi w/ Scabbard - Early Japanese wakizashi sword with scabbard. Scabbard in a black layered lacquer and MOP flakes over wood. Ray skin grip wrapped in faded blue cotton. Menuki in black and gild paint of a wing spread phoenix. Solid Iron tsuba with gilt wire inlaid to the exterior edge. Habaki in silver. Single edge blade with no kissaki. No Kashira. Size 20 3/8” L, Blade 14 3/8” L
