20th C. Philippines Garab/Talibon Sword - Circa 1900's Filipino Visayan Talibon sword. Straight singled edged blade with 1/8” thick spine leads to circular wood hilt. Rayskin collar above carved forked wood handle with incised designs and metal rod representing a tongue. Wood scabbard with three bands of rayskin, wavy incised designs down the length and central raised section with carved triangle designs. Size 32 1/2” L, blade 24” L
