19th C. 13 Wave Moro Sulu Kris w/ Scabbard - 19th C. 13 wave Sulu kris with silver hardware and wooden scabbard. Asymmetrical blade with 13 waves leading to a single asang. Blade is mounted with silver hardware including ferryle band, asang and pommel cage. Wooden kakatua pommel decorated with ornatly geometric incised silver band and cage. Original wood scabbard with rattan wrap and brass cap. Size 27” L, blade 20 1/2” L Condition: Loss to one side of the scabbards wood guard cover as shown.
