The cherub’s softly carved curls and gentle facial expression exemplify the skill of Roman artisans. His fleshy cheeks, and naturalistically rendered nose and lips, with meticulously delineated flowing tresses, and most of all, that tranquil, soft expression. Size 2 3/8” H, weight 98 g Condition: Well preserved condition.
