Moro Kris Sword, Circa 1900-1925 - Southeast Asia, Philippines Archipelagos, Moro kris straight blade sword circa 1900-1925. Double edge straight blade in laminated streel with a iron asang. Ricasso protrusion with a pierced openwork patter. Tiger stripe rattan wrapped grip. Pommel in wood with light carving. Size 28” L, blade 22 1/4” L Ex-California Collection Condition: Mineral oil has been applied to the surface of the laminated steel blade for preservation of the surface and protection from oxidization.
