Tipp Co Tin Wind Up German leader's BMW Car - About 9 inches long. Has figures of Germany's leader, Luftwaffe Field Marshall Goring, and 2 SS soldiers. All the figures feel like resin material or plastic. SS officer with the binoculars has a chip out of his visor hat. Goring and Germany's leader's right arms can move. I wind up the car slightly and the rear wheels were spinning easily. Paint job on the car has age cracks and loss. My feeling is that the car is original with some repairs to the windproof mech. But the figures are replacements.
