German Tipp Co Tin Wind Up Troop Carrier - All the troops are done in grey uniforms with red collar tabs. Luftwaffe flak. I was able to wind it up. But i had to help the gears move by hand. Rubber tires underneath have flat spots. The bar in front of the grill might be repainted. Some loss to the lithograph in areas. Soldiers have typical age cracks. Key is a replacement. Carrier is roughly 9 inches long.
