Blue Decorated Floral Stoneware Jug - No markings. Chips in the top rim. Crazed. Has a lot of imperfections. Whether it is cracks or glazed over chips. Some greenish brownish glaze drips on it. There's a band running around the center. I think they are in the making but there is a few hairline cracks. They seemed to be glazed over. Few chips on the bottom that are glazed over. Few small hairline cracks on the bottom rim area. About 15 inches tall. Provenance: Acquired from a single owner private estate collection originating in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. The collection was carefully stored in Slatington, Pennsylvania for approximately five years prior to being consigned to the auction house. The consignor noted that the collection had long-standing ties to the Gettysburg region, reflecting a deep appreciation for historical preservation and Americana.
