(2) Antique Landscape Oil Paintings - The larger painting is signed lower left and on the verso, Willy Baer, and dated 1923. Frame: 23 1/2” x 27 1/2” Image: 17 1/2” x 21 1/2”   Condition: Canvas slightly loose on stretcher. Evidence of past repair with a piece of tape affixed to the back of the canvas. Frame with paint loss, surface scratches, and separation at the mitered corners.   The smaller painting is unsigned. Frame: 21 1/2” x 17 1/2” Image: 14” x 10”   Condition: Scattered surface wear and small areas of paint loss visible in the lower left corner. The canvas shows separation from the board along the bottom edge, and the board itself is separating from the frame. Frame exhibits age-related cracking, corner separation, and areas of gilt loss.
