A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Henry studied at the University of Florida and gained recognition in the 1970s for his refined use of form, balance, and spatial depth. His paintings often explore the relationship between geometry and light, drawing influence from Renaissance design principles and contemporary minimalism. Working in both oil and bronze, Henry’s practice reflects a disciplined focus on proportion, surface, and the interplay between realism and abstraction.
