Richter's Anchor stone building block set No. 6, c.1900, comprising painted pressed stone blocks in original wooden box with chromolithographic lid and multilingual architectural plan sheets. Invented by Friedrich Adolf Richter in 1879, Anchor blocks used quartz-sand, chalk and linseed oil to create precision educational toys produced in Rudolstadt and Leipzig until 1963.
