A Contemporary studio ware Ceramic Vessel with Leaf Motif - A contemporary ceramic art vessel of spherical form, featuring a white crackle glaze characteristic of Raku firing. The exterior lower half is adorned with a continuous band of stylized leaves outlined in black, providing a distinct contrast against the light crackle glaze. The upper central area presents a dark, textured surface, possibly metallic, consistent with reduction firing. The interior of the vessel is dark and appears either unglazed or finished with a contrasting treatment. Incised into the dark upper surface are what appear to be artist's initials, possibly ”DB” or ”DS” over ”E” or ”G”, accompanied by a date or number ”97” or ”L7”.
