The dark wood case, likely mahogany, features lighter wood marquetry or inlay depicting decorative ribbons and scrollwork motifs. It is designed with an arched pediment top and is flanked by two decorative brass columns with capitals and bases. The clock rests on a rectangular plinth base supported by spherical brass feet. It features a white dial with black Roman numerals, a minute track, and two winding apertures, all set within a brass bezel. The hands are dark-colored.
