Goebel for Walt Disney, Bambi Figural Ceramic Table Lamp, Mid-Century - A vintage mid-century figural table lamp produced by Goebel under licence from Walt Disney. The piece is crafted from hand-painted glazed ceramic, depicting the character Bambi standing before a grassy mound embellished with pink flowers. The item retains its original blue and gold foil sticker which reads WALT DISNEY BAMBI CHARACTER W.D.P.ffm ©. To the interior rim of the base is a blue underglaze manufacturer's mark featuring the Goebel stylised bee. The lamp is fitted with an off-white electrical cord and a brown two-prong plug. Dimensions: Approximately 21 cm height x 15 cm width.
