Royal Doulton, Top o' the Hill Figurine - A fine Royal Doulton glazed English bone china figurine titled Top o' the Hill, model number HN 1849. Designed by Leslie Harradine, the piece depicts a young woman in a wind-swept, voluminous pink dress with a ruffled white underskirt, wearing a wide-brimmed blue hat and a floral-patterned sash. The base bears the standard green Royal Doulton backstamp with a lion atop a crown, marked MADE IN ENGLAND and ROYAL DOULTON BONE CHINA. It includes the printed title in script, the hand-painted model number HN 1849, and the registration number Rd No 822821. Hand-painted decorator marks PW and 12 are also present. Height approximately 18 cm.
