A Mid-Century Modern Gilded Rainbow Striped Glass Beverage Set - A vintage mid-century modern beverage set, attributed to MacBeth-Evans (Corning Glass Works), comprising a large pitcher and four matching tumblers. The set is crafted from clear glass and features a distinctive Rainbow pattern consisting of horizontal frosted enamel bands in pastel shades of mint green, peach, yellow, and lavender. These colourful bands are further embellished with thin, horizontal metallic gold-toned stripes. The pitcher is designed with a wide, flared rim, an integrated pouring spout, and an applied clear glass C-scroll handle. The tumblers are of a classic cylindrical form, repeating the decorative motif. This style of glassware was highly popular in the 1950s for serving lemonade or cocktails. The pitcher retains a contemporary white inventory sticker. Pitcher height approximately 23 cm; tumbler height approximately 12 cm.
