Mdina Glass Onion Vase in Azure Blue and Turquoise - A Mdina studio glass onion vase of compressed globular form with an elongated, slender neck. This hand-blown piece features a cobalt blue base colour with mottled surface decoration in shades of turquoise and seafoam green, accented by yellow highlights. The glass contains a fine seeded texture of controlled internal air bubbles throughout the body. A small white rectangular adhesive label is present on the side with the handwritten digits 7627. No etched signatures or maker marks are visible to the base or body. Height: 23.5 cm.
