This mid-century collection features a mustard-yellow and orange glaze with stylised, transfer-printed floral motifs in earthy tones of orange, yellow, and green. The set comprises one coffee pot with lid, one cream jug, four cups, six saucers in solid mustard-yellow, six side plates featuring a central floral design, and six dinner plates with white centres and mustard-yellow undersides. Included with the lot is an associated pair of modern clear acrylic salt and pepper grinders with orange plastic tops. The base of the plates bears a printed backstamp featuring a logo of a lion standing atop a crown, the words ROYAL DOULTON ENGLAND, a symbol of four interlocking Ds, and text reading MADE IN ENGLAND, FINE CHINA, FOREST FLOWER, TC 1086, COPYRIGHT, and DOULTON & CO LIMITED.
