Three German Dresden-style Porcelain Lace Figurines - A trio of porcelain figurines featuring intricate hand-applied porcelain lace-work. The group comprises a standing female figure dressed in eighteenth-century style clothing with a gold-coloured bodice and a wide, layered lace skirt decorated with applied porcelain flower heads. Also included are two ballerina figurines: one seated wearing a purple bodice and a multi-tiered white lace tutu with floral accents, and a smaller ballerina in a dance pose with a white lace tutu and gold-coloured bodice. All figures are finished with hand-painted polychrome details and glazed porcelain. The underside of the base on the standing figure features an underglaze blue mark of a crown over the letter N, alongside impressed numbers 25 and 3. This mark, while originally of the Naples Capodimonte factory, was widely adopted by German porcelain manufacturers such as Volkstedt and Sitzendorf for lace-work figures in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
