Anglo-Indian Hoshiarpur Bone Inlaid Hardwood Folding Side Table - An Anglo-Indian folding occasional table from the Hoshiarpur region, dating to the late 19th or early 20th century. The piece is constructed from a dark hardwood, likely rosewood or sheesham, and is decorated with dense bone inlay throughout. The circular top features a central medallion of geometric patterns, surrounded by concentric bands of foliate and geometric motifs, with the outer edge finished in a tessellated bone border. The top is detachable and rests upon a folding six-legged base. Each leg and its connecting arched fretwork panel is embellished with bone-inlaid stars, floral sprays, and geometric borders. A small white rectangular adhesive label is present on the tabletop surface with illegible text. No maker marks or stamps are visible on the underside or frame.
