A Group of Hand-Painted Ceramic Figurines of Children in Traditional Attire - A group of hand-painted ceramic figurines depicting children dressed in traditional folk attire. The collection includes a boy wearing a green hat and brown shorts with a rucksack and walking stick, standing on a base with a red rabbit figure. A second figurine depicts a girl in a green dress and red headscarf holding a broom in a sweeping pose. A third figurine features a boy in a green jacket and orange trousers carrying a large bag over his shoulder. The final figurine depicts a girl in a blue dress holding a small vessel and a bouquet of red and yellow flowers. The undersides of the bases feature a blue stamped mark consisting of a stylized insect positioned within the upper opening of a large letter V. One figurine base also displays a small handwritten blue v. mark (photo 2). An adhesive white label is affixed to the front of one figurine base, printed with the text 12868 / P (photo 1).
