The North African stitched leather footstool is constructed with a radiating segmented design composed of alternating dark brown and tan leather panels surrounding a central circular medallion. The central medallion depicts a profile portrait of an ancient Egyptian figure facing right, surrounded by pseudo-hieroglyphic decorative elements.
