A Set of Four Painted Composition Jazz Musician Figurines - A set of four figurines depicting a Black jazz quartet, crafted from a textured and painted composition material, likely resin. The ensemble includes a guitarist in a black suit and fedora standing on a black and white chequered base; a saxophonist in a similar suit, glasses, and hat also standing on a chequered base; a xylophonist in a tuxedo and red bow tie seated at an instrument featuring an integrated circular clock face with a gold-tone bezel and Roman numerals; and a pianist seated at a black upright piano, captured in profile. Each figure features a stylised, textured finish to the clothing and instruments, with painted accents highlighting the facial features, eyewear, and musical details. The bases of the standing figures are finished with a contrasting chequered pattern. There are no maker's marks, signatures, or labels visible on the exterior surfaces of the pieces.
