A Collection of 20th Century Studio Pottery and Decorative Sculpture - This collection comprises several mid to late 20th-century studio pottery and decorative items. The assortment includes a stylized figurative sculpture depicting an abstracted female torso with a dark patinated finish, possibly bronze-effect ceramic or cast metal, mounted on a rectangular terracotta-coloured plinth. A large square earthenware dish features a bold graphic geometric pattern in terracotta red, black, and cream slip decoration. A large studio pottery bowl is included, featuring a deeply ruffled, undulating rim and hand-painted green maple leaf motifs on a cream-glazed interior with brown mottling. The collection further contains a small free-form dish with vibrant multi-coloured abstract glazes, a small footed globular vase with a variegated green and white glaze and slip-trailed leaf designs over a blue mottled base, a shallow hand-formed dish with an irregular rim and incised geometric lines, and a slab-built ceramic fish plaque with a mottled dark glaze. No maker signatures, factory stamps, or other identifying marks are visible on the pieces.
