Regency Mahogany Swivel and Fold-Over Card Table - A Regency mahogany card table featuring a rectangular top with chamfered corners. The surface is decorated with figured mahogany veneers, cross-banded borders, and ebony stringing. The swivel and fold-over mechanism allows the top to rotate and open, revealing a green baize-lined playing surface and an internal storage well. The tabletop is supported by a turned and gadrooned central pedestal which rests upon a quadruped base. The four splayed legs are detailed with reeded carving and terminate in brass box castors.
