Large Hand-Carved Hardwood Elephant Head Wall Sculpture - A large-scale wall-mounted sculpture depicting an elephant's head, intricately hand-carved from a dark-toned hardwood. The piece is rendered in a frontal pose with wide, flared ears featuring undulating edges and stylized veining. The trunk is detailed with deep, rhythmic horizontal incisions to simulate skin texture and is curled upwards at the tip. Two curved tusks, carved from a contrasting lighter-coloured wood with visible grain, are inset into the trunk base. The forehead and cheeks display dense, hand-tooled textural patterns. The reverse is fitted with a metal mounting loop for wall display. No maker's marks, signatures, or labels are present on the sculpture.
