Large Hand-Carved Hardwood African Elephant Head Wall Sculpture - A large, hand-carved solid hardwood wall sculpture of an African elephant head. The piece is finished with a dark stain and features stylised, incised texturing across the surface to represent the animal hide. It is depicted with large, flared ears and a trunk that curls at the tip. One carved tusk of a lighter wood is currently attached, while the second tusk is detached and present. The reverse is fitted with a simple metal D-ring hanging bracket at the top centre. 50cm x 60cm x 25cm (approximate).
