UK 2023 Coronation of King Charles III DateStamp 50p Coin - An official United Kingdom 2023 commemorative 50 pence coin issued by The Royal Mint to mark the Coronation of King Charles III. This Brilliant Uncirculated (BU) cupro-nickel coin is presented in a DateStamp protective slab, which incorporates a Royal Mail 1st class King Charles III stamp postmarked at Tower Hill, London, on the coronation date of 06 May 2023. The obverse displays the crowned left-facing portrait of King Charles III by Martin Jennings with the legend CHARLES III D G REX F D 50 PENCE 2023. The reverse design by Natasha Jenkins features the exterior of Westminster Abbey and the royal cypher. This specimen is part of a limited edition release of 2,023 units and includes its original black presentation case and Certificate of Authenticity bearing the serial number D53-0369.
