The house is constructed with white clapboard-effect exterior siding and a steeply pitched dark green shingle roof topped with a single red brick-patterned chimney. The front facade is designed with three hinged panels that open to reveal six main rooms, a central hallway, and a staircase. External features include dark green shutters, floral-filled window boxes, and a white decorative porch with a balustrade. The interior is finished with various floral and tiled-effect wallpapers and wooden flooring. It contains integrated fixtures such as ornate classical-style fireplaces, internal wooden doors, and fabric window treatments.
