Gama caterpillar Tin Litho Windup clockwork tractor & trailer With Original Box 1950's - Gama caterpillar Tin Litho Windup clockwork tractor & trailer With Original Box 1950's Made in Germany It’s in excellent condition with little sign of use. There is the odd trace of wear, like to the top rim of the seat but it’s generally very clean. It even still comes with the original Gama key attached to the steering wheel with a piece of string which has probably been there since new.It comes complete with the original box which is in fair condition. There is some general wear & minor tears to the corners/edges of the box. The end-flap is missing from one end & there is tape residue on the inner tabs at this end where someone taped them shut at some time.The clockwork motor is in working order but because the original rubber tacks have lost some of their grip/elasticity over the years, the wheels tend to spin inside the tracks & it no longer goes across the floor.Both tractor & trailer measure approx. 3 ½ inches (9cms) long giving it a combined overall length of over 7 inches (18cms).
