Glazed finish, great original patina. Unmarked. Size: 7 1/2” x 7 5/8”, 8 3/4” x 5 1/4”. Rectangular underglaze tiles were commonly made in nineteenth-century Iran to decorate the upper borders of architectural interiors in a continuous frieze.
