Typical elements visible: double-headed eagle of the Russian Federation green shield or enamel field (traditional border guard color) crossed swords or anchors inscriptions such as ”Russia” Several badges commemorate border service achievements, including: 100, 200, 300 – usually referring to days or operations in border protection duty inscriptions like ”For service guarding the border”. 2. Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD) Other badges show: (Ministry of Internal Affairs — police forces).
