Awarded to distinguished employees of the Soviet civil aviation company Aeroflot. Issued to pilots, technicians, and ground staff for outstanding service. Period: mostly 1950s–1980s. 2. Pilot Safe Flight Hours Badge (top center) For Accident-Free Flight Hours – Pilot – 18,000 hours. Awarded to civil aviation pilots who accumulated 18,000 safe flight hours without accidents. These badges were tiered by hours, and higher-hour versions were prestigious. 3. Civil Air Fleet Flight Hours Badge (top right) Civil Air Fleet – 1,000,000 km. Awarded to pilots or aviation personnel reaching one million kilometers flown. 4. Soviet Air Force / aviation technical badge (bottom left) This winged badge with tools and bombs represents aviation technical personnel. Likely for: aircraft mechanics aviation engineering service.
