Namgyalma - is usually portrayed as seated on a lotus flower with three heads and eight arms with each of her hands holding one of various auspicious and ritualistic symbols. As one of the three Long-Life Deities, along with White Tara and Amitayus, she is called upon in times of illness as a remover of obstacles to aid our longevity and spiritual ascent.
