Dong Kingman was a Chinese American artist who studied under a Paris trained artist in Hong Kong that introduced him to impressionism and other Western art. In America, Kingman produced more than 300 works of art for the WPA. During World War II, he served as an artist for the Office of Strategic Services. Sight size measures 14.5 x 21.75 with a framed size of 26.75 x 33.5 inches.
