The lithograph published in an edition of 100 prints is signed by the artist in pencil below the image lower right and listed as Fath catalog number 7.
Benton's comments in Fath read: 'Date of drawing 1934. West Virginia Mts. Description of theme 'Artist in America' - chapter on 'the Mountains.'
Image measures 9 x 11.5, sheet is 11.25 x 15.75, and frame is 16.75 x 19.25 inches.
