Cedar) 1918 The pointillist technique block print on Bond watermark paper in a medium variously referred to as nail head, nail cut, or nail punch is signed by the artist in pencil below the image lower right and titled lower left. Birger Sandzen used a square-headed nail to repeatedly indent the printing block used to create this image in an edition of 100, Greenough number 29. Image measures 9 x 12, sheet is 13 x 16, and mat is 16 x 20 inches.
