The British born wood engraver Clare Leighton Clare Leighton was invited to join the Prairie Print Makers in the 1930s, one of several distinguished guest artists whose prints were distributed to members. Her inclusion aligned with the group's national reach and its admiration for technically accomplished works in themes similar to theirs. Image measures 7 x 5 with a framed size of 15 x 13 inches.
