A LATE 19TH CENTURY DAGHESTAN RUG - The dark blue field with overall offset hooked shield medallions each enclosing a hooked polychrome flower head, within a saffron border enclosing continuous alternating red and blue birds, diagonal striped guard borders. Measures approximately 46 x 31 inches; 3ft.10 inches x 2ft.7 inches; 116 x 78 cm.
