The basin has an overhead handle composed of layered bamboo strands, secured to the rim with sophisticated swirl knots. The basket is seated on a robust, corded pedestal foot and is accompanied by its original blackened copper liner and paulownia wood storage box. Basket measures 17 x 17 x 17 inches.
