IRON CROSS, FIRST CLASS BY WAGNER WITH UNIQUE 4-PIN ATTACHMENT
Possibly unique 1914 Iron Cross, First Class by J. Wagner. The detail on this medal is perfect, the piece being in spectacular condition with virtually no wear nor appreciable damage to any of the blackened area or frame. The reverse of the pin bears a the original sharp four-pin attachment which appears to have been used but once. The maker's mark ""J. Wagne & S."" is prominently stamped on verso. A special piece.
