(1885 - 1960) Field Marshal in the Luftwaffe, tried for war crimes. His death sentence commuted due to ill health. Holder of the Knights Cross with Oak Leaves, Swords and Diamonds. Pre-war A.L.S., 2pp. 4to. on hotel letterhead, Dresden, Apr. 7, 1932 to an unnamed general. In part: '...'. Some old tape repairs on verso near subscription, else near fine.
