(1889 - 1977) Army Air Forces general during World War II, best known as the commander of the Allied Air Forces in the Southwest Pacific Area. A.N.S., 1p. 12mo., [n.p., n.d.], reading in full: "I really believe that the Air Forces will retain its proper place in a unified Command." Kenney signs at the conclusion. Fine.
