FLAG FLOWN OVER SCHOFIELD BARRACKS, TWO YEARS BEFORE PEARL HARBOR
Historic 48-star flag, 33 x 56 in., flown over Schofield Barracks in Hawaii, two years before the attack on Pearl Harbor. According to the inscription on the flag's hoist, this flag was presented by Corporal Ray Woodard, Company C, 35th Infantry to his friend, Private Anthony Signoril, on Christmas Day, Dec. 25, 1939. Slightly tattered toward the fly end, else very good.
