Torah Novellae on the Parashios- A Collection of Pages Handwritten by Rav Moshe Struli, Dayan and Moreh Tzedek of באניא.
Rav Moshe Struli, Dayan and Moreh Tzedek of באניא was the son-in-law of Rav Yisrael Moshe Feldman, AB"D of דראגמירשט, who married the granddaughter of the Maharsham and helped to arrange and edit his writings. From year 5698 was dayan in באניא. He perished in the holocaust and his writings were not published. He is mentioned in Maharam Brisk Responsa, Afarkesta D'Anya Responsa, Mishnas Yaakov and more (see 'Chachmei Transylvania', page 248).
