Set of DRK EM / NCOS Belt Buckles - German Red Cross.
The DRK, "Deutsches Rotes Kreuz" (German Red Cross).Two production variants. One made of aluminum, the other of zinc alloy. Convex, one-piece construction DRK buckle, introduced in January of 1938. The buckle features, against its pebbled, obverse field, an eagle with down-swept wings, clutching a Balkan cross in its talons and with a mobile swastika to its breast, all surrounded by an open-topped wreath of laurels. Aluminum reverse is marked "Ges. Gesch.," for "Gesetzlich Geschützt" (By-law Protected) and an "OLC" makers mark indicating, Overhoff & Cie., Lüdenscheid. The second damaged one does not have the manufacturer's mark.
Condition: From the battlefield. Clear signs of damage. As the pictures shown.
